The Pipe Band Competition: 11am till 5.30pm

Welcome Ceremony: 1pm : Featuring our Chieftain, Pipe Bands and guests.

Highland Dancing: 10am – 4pm : Comprising of three categories. The dances this year will include; The Highland Fling, Sword Dance, Seann Truibhas Strathspey & reel of Tulloch and the Barracks Jonnie.

10km Road Race: 11.30am : Entries are accepted up to 10am on the day.

Shota Budo Demonstration: 2pm - 2.30pm

Haggis Hurling: 2.30pm - 3.30pm

Heavy Events: 1pm – 4pm : Tossing the caber, The Allander Stone,
Throwing the Hammer and weight throwing.

Wrestling: 1pm – 4pm : Our competition this year includes 6 French and 1 Dutch contestant.

Arm Wrestling - 2pm - 3pm

Fairground: All Day


Trade Stands: All Day : Various Displays, novelty & Charity Stalls

Just Curious this will be my first spring fling and I have read through the schedule of events and do not see any times on anything except the lunch. I will be attending with my son who is 2 and my dad. just need to know a good arrival time thanks in advance
